I recieved and entry level seperataion or (els) in 2006 can i ever reinlist ? i now have a bs dfegree age 24?

In 2006 I recieved a uncharaterized discharge because I basically didnt know how to respect authority. Now older and wiser with a family and a wife i see life in a new prospective and know the immaturity of my ways back then. I went back to college and will have my bachlors degree in 6 months will i be able to get an uncharaterized dischage up graded as the code is (jga) i have no re code any experenced help will be greatly appreciated. and would like to croos over from blue to green possibly go to ocs my gpa is 3.4 and my asvab when i took it in 2006 was a 69 thanks.
