I'll be blunt about me?

High school i did horrible in i had little motivation and was going through a lot at the moment. I graduated with a high school diploma ( barely but still got it ) and never thought about going to college. Well its been a year since i've been out and i just want to go to college terribly, i want to continue my education and become an Anesthesiologist but im afraid that, because of my immaturity in high school i have ruined my future... if anyone has any advice for me i'll be more than appreciative to have it. One last thing if there is still a chance for me to become an Anesthesiologist i will gladly bust my *** and spend every waking moment to achieve that goal. I just have to know there is still hope.
